Why can't I view certain parts of Johnsonquarries.com?

        You may not have the most current version of your browser. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer you should check to make sure that it is version 5.0 or higher. If it is not you should visit the Windows Update site and upgrade to the most recent version. You should also check to make sure you have the most recent version of the software if you are using Netscape Navigator. If you have followed the above steps and still have a problem, make sure that your browser is able to accept cookies or that your firewall is not preventing the pages from appearing. Users of Windows XP Service Pack 2 should also check to make sure the pop-up blocker is not disabling the pages. If the problem persists please email the Webmaster and give a complete description of the problem. It is recommended that users view our website with Internet Explorer 7.0, although older versions will work flawlessly but less secure. Why can't I right-click on and save images?

        This is a security feature of Johnsonquarries.com. This function has been disabled by the Webmaster so that the images can not be used without permission. All images, files, graphics, and content contained within this website are Copyright© 2005 by Johnson Quarries Inc.  

 

I sent a request U.S. Mail to Johnson Quarries, why haven't I received a response?

        We try to answer any and all responses in a reasonable amount of time. However, the time in which you receive a response through the mail may depend on your location and the nature of your request. We strongly recommend that if you wish to have a prompt response (most times within 24 hours) that you submit your questions or requests via email. 

 

I sent a fax request, but received no response. What should I do?

        The first thing you should do is to resend the fax. When you send the fax, make sure you include you complete name, phone number, return fax number, and email address if available. This is to insure that we can contact you with any questions. If you have done this and still receive no answer, visit our Contact Page and use an alternate method of communication to Johnson Quarries.

 

There is never an answer in the Johnson Quarries office when I call. How can I contact someone?

        Johnson Quarries Inc. is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. We are closed on holidays but you can leave a message. You should check and make sure that you are calling when the office is open. If you are in a different time zone, adjust your calling time for the Eastern Standard Time Zone. If you still cannot make contact with us, then submit an email including your name, phone number, and nature of the request. Upon receipt of you email we will call you.
